the m.m.h.a. documentary

I'm a fan of mike moore but like most disagree with the manner in which he conveys his message. If he weren't so smug and careless perhaps he'd get through to more people.

I was lured here by a post by our moderator Amber in which she stated that moore would not be interviewed in the new doc. about him. Is this true? If he does not appear in the doc. and offers no explanation this will surely destroy any credibility his antics already haven't.

Here's a link about an anti-Michael Moore film festival. www.hollywoodreporter.com/thr/a...ay.jsp
It mentions two documentaries about (against) Michael Moore and states:

"Moore didn't agree to an interview for either Elder's movie or Wilson's."

"I did ambush him at a book signing in Santa Monica, and that's in the film," Elder said. "I asked him how many times Americans used guns for defensive purposes. He had nothing. No blooming clue."

"For Moore's part, he said he's familiar with the title "Michael Moore Hates America" but doubts the movie even exists, beyond the trailer that can be seen on the Internet."

It sounds like one of the documents may borrow heavily enough from Moore's film style to have some of the same problems (smugness and carelessness). However, the fact that Moore refused to be interviewed proves that he knows all too well the danger of allowing a biased "documentarian" interview you.
